TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions govern all your activity on this site. Your use of this site constitutes your compliance with these terms.

Item Descriptions

All items listed are pictured in their respective listings and concise descriptions about these listed items are provided. We have tried our best to accurately describe all items, however we cannot guarantee that your device relays the images exactly and we cannot guarantee the tones of colour you see and/or perceived are exact. If you are in doubt about anything please contact us immediately.

There may sometimes be information on this site that has been posted in error i.e. information may be inaccurate, details may be omitted, and typographical errors may be evident with regards to descriptions, pricing and availability. VAPE PORT CITY reserves the right to correct any of these errors at any time – even after orders have been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

All items are listed in Dollars ($).

Orders

VAPE PORT CITY must accept all orders placed before the order is finalized. Order confirmation depends on availability of items, shipping address, billing issues and other factors.

Items in your shopping cart are not reserved.

Price Changes & Stock Availability

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

While we endeavour to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, occasionally ordered items may not be available as listed.

In the case that part of your order is unavailable or out of stock, the item(s) will be cancelled from the order with notification and where applicable, a refund shall be applied for the cost of the regarded item(s).

VAPE PORT CITY ensures that all our product descriptions and prices are up-to-date and as accurate as possible. However, in a few cases, pricing errors may occur with our listings. Should we discover a pricing error while processing your order and payment, we will immediately rectify the problem before cancelling and refunding you for your order. We will also make sure to inform you about the error with your order as soon as possible.

Payments

We accept all major credits cards with the addition of PayPal. For Paypal, the buyer must be Paypal verified and we only ship to a confirmed address.

To ensure security, both the billing address and shipping address must be the same.

Shipping

We try to make shipping with VAPE PORT CITY a safe, seamless and speedy process. All orders are insured and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of order confirmation unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be available to each customer.

We ship worldwide. Cost of shipping will be detailed at checkout. All items are shipped from the United Kingdom. VAPE PORT CITY is not responsible for any incurred import fees.

We currently use CANADA POST for national and international orders. Shipping times to Canada are Next Day delivery. International Orders is 1 – 3 days.

Wrong Address

In the event that a wrong address was provided to us and the package is returned to us, the payment made will be refunded minus the shipping fee. We will only attempt a second delivery at the request of the customer; customers who make such a request will be required to cover the shipping fee for the second delivery. No third delivery attempt will be made.

Please be aware that it can take a number of weeks for any items to be returned to us and we cannot issue a refund until the item has been received.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and issue a refund only if the item is unused and unopened. To do this you must follow the instructions below:

1. Email us at returns@vapeportcity.com to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number) within 7 days of receiving your order

2. Once received complete the returns slip enclosed with your order and post the item(s) with returns slip included back to us at the following address within 7 days of us emailing you the RAN

3. Retain proof of postage as you will be responsible for your item until it is delivered and signed for back at our warehouse.

4. Once received we will inspect the goods and as long as they are in there original condition with any tags still attached we will initiate your refund within 24 hours of receiving the return.

If you would like an exchange, it can only be for up to the value of your original order. Any difference in price will be refunded. Please indicate on the returns slip what you would like to exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds will be for the cost of the item and will not include original shipping costs.

The cost of sending items for return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

VAPE PORT CITY reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If an item is damaged/faulty you must contact us at returns@vapeportcity.com upon receiving the item and providing us with detailed images of the damage/fault.

Sale items are non-returnable. This does not apply to faulty items.

Claims

In the event that a customer makes a fraudulent claim or attempts to defraud VAPE PORT CITY in any way, appropriate legal action will be taken.

Customs Taxes and Duties

All customers must make themselves aware of the policies of their country’s customs agencies. VAPE PORT CITY  is not responsible for any additional fees incurred as a result of taxes levied on items shipped.
